I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to expand their fitness needs or to those just starting out. It's an incredible product that uses your own bodyweight to challenge your muscles. Since you're using your own bodyweight it is extremely adaptable and adjustable. You control how much of your bodyweight you are actually using to make it harder or easier.

What I absolutely love about the TRX is that it is completely up to you. Completely up to you to set it up, use it, and bring it with you when you travel. It's easy to do all of that. The results? If you push the last few reps when you are burning, you will get them. Like anything else.
