The PR1000 was everything I needed when upgrading from a total gym. i wanted more weight to work with and this has been a good choice for me. Construction was easy and only took about 2 hours to complete myself. Power rods are nice, it may not be enough weight in a few months, but there is an option to add 2 more 50 lb rods.

i love this machine. i have owned different workout machines in the past, they all took up space in my house and garage. this alone does it all for me. i can now get rid of 5 workout machines and do everything on this bowflex. thanks for a great deal.
